Dr. Jacob Heaberlin, AKA Dr. Jake (not from State Farm), is from Greenup County, Kentucky. He is a graduate of Russell High School and began his premedical studies at Morehead State University. He graduated from Logan University with his Bachelors in Human Biology and Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2009. He passed the Chiropractic National Board of Acupuncture in 2013, and was granted a license by the State of Missouri to practice acupuncture. Dr. Jake has practiced chiropractic and taught Anatomy Physiology at Lincoln University for the last five years in Missouri with his two kids Lucas and Sophia. Dr. Heaberlin is a past board member of Cuba Chamber of Commerce.
